    Halo 3 Map Packs.


    Hey guys, as the title states, this topic is going to be about my halo 3 map packs.

    I have all of the map packs currently, but for some reason, when I try to play, it only recognizes that I have the free ones. They all show up in my storage space though, so that is why I'm confused. What could be happening to it that it wouldn't recognize
    that I own them?

    legendary map pack $10

    mythic 1 - came with halo wars le (bought for map pack) - $80

    ODST (bought for map pack) $60

    Does that work with Map Packs as well?

    We have all the map packs for Halo Reach and Halo 3 on the old one.

    Hello Themis,

    sometimes downloaded content isn't recognized because of corrupted files in the system. I suggest you to delete the faulty downloaded content and clear your console cache before downloading it again.

    I don't want to try deleting it, because when I go into the marketplace where I would re-download, without even deleting them, it wants me to re-buy them. I really don't want to risk deleting them and then losing them forever, I've had all but 1 of them
    since 2010.

    All content downloaded from xbox live service can be re-downloaded on the same console from where the purchase was made. How did you acquired these map packs?

    I purchased them about 4 years ago on a previous console, transferred them with my transfer cable when I got a new console because the other one died, and then linked the new console. They worked until the account that I had them on got banned.

    ^ They've been free for years. Heroic map pack is probably my favourite map pack for Halo 3.

    In addition to it being cheaper in the long run, you get all the bonuses from the Limited that wouldn't come with the standard game.

    I can guarantee that we will not see any Halo 3 remakes. The reason they didn't give us any Halo 3 maps with the Anniversary pack is because Halo 3 was an Xbox 360 title. You can still play that online, and thus is not worth the time, effort, and money to
    recreate them.

    A Halo 2 map pack would be a definite possibility, but I wouldn't mind some innovative new creations.
