    Halo 3 Map Packs Don't Work


    Hi, I've downloaded the Halo 3 map packs but seems like I can't use them on matchmaking, I talked to the online support and we troubleshooted my cache, re-downloaded everything, went through my internet and the whole 9 yards.

    What still works:

    -Normal Team Slayer on Matchmaking

    -All original maps

    What doesn't work:

    No new maps show up in team slayer

    Shows zero players in matchmaking that requires all DLC

    Has anyone else had this problem or know of another solution? Any help would be much appreciated.

    Data Transfer question??

    Does that work with Map Packs as well?

    We have all the map packs for Halo Reach and Halo 3 on the old one.

    ^ They've been free for years. Heroic map pack is probably my favourite map pack for Halo 3.

    You should've just bought Halo 3: ODST, it would have been cheaper and you get a good game, all the maps for Halo 3 multiplayer and its guaranteed to work.

    Make sure you've downloaded the following:

    Heroic Map pack

    Legendary Map pack

    Mythic Map pack

    Mythic II Map pack

    Cold Storage Map

    If you have all of them then you're going to have to contact xbox support and see what happens, but remember that this game has been neglected for a while so this issue won't be resolved - a refund is your best hope.

    In addition to it being cheaper in the long run, you get all the bonuses from the Limited that wouldn't come with the standard game.
