Halo 3 game stats changed by cheater and now worried for my account

Someone has messed up game stats for halo 3. In the game he was using cheats and jumping around the level extra high. When the game concluded my stats changed significantly. I am now worried because of the change in stats i might get banned please advise
me on what i can do, Thanks.

Hi fellow xbox live community, my name is iiTz GreG.

A while ago my account was hacked, and was continuously being signed in by all different people. It was very frustrating. My account had its gamerscore modified, and its appearance on halo 3. When I finally recieved control of my account, my gamerzone
had been changed to cheater, and I had lost over 5 years of hard earned achievements and scores. More importantly, my account was banned from halo 3. I had over 15,000 games played, and it was a huge part of my life at the time. I called bungie immediately,
who said that microsoft handled halo 3 bans now and it wasn't their problem. After spending hours on the phone pleading to microsoft support agents, my account was still in the same state. I have been making new one months every month to be able to play halo
3 again, but it is really upsetting that my account is still banned despite halo 4 being released and halo 3 even becoming a free game in the marketplace. Is there anything that could be done regarding my gamerscore and my halo 3 game ban? Thank you so much

Hey there, at this point the only thing you can do is wait to see if you get banned. If you do though, just tell them this and as much information about the situation as possible. Otherwise, you probably won't see a ban and will just have modified stats.

 

Thankyou very much for your answer. I hope i don't get banned. Its annoyed me as now i have stats that are wrong. I worked hard for my stats. I know its silly as its a old game but still. I cant beleive people get enjoyment from messing around with other
