Halo 3 Download is Saying Disc Unreadable

Game loads up fine but when I start campaign or when an online match is done counting down a box pops up saying "Disc Unreadable" it gives two options 1. Clean disc or 2. Restart console.

It is downloaded from the xbox marketplace so there is no physical disc involved. Please help.

Game on demand not working!!!!

My new grand theft auto 5 game i bought on the xbox marketplace is saying wen i try to start it up "Disc is unreadable" it's a download so i don't know what to do i have tried re downloading it 3 times and it still won't work. Help?

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try heading to Settings>System>Storage and highlight each storage device and press Y to clear the cache? After that restart the console to see if that helps.

If it does not then you may need to delete the game and redownload it.

i downloaded halo 4 and every time i try to play it says disc unreadable but it was downloaded i cleaned up my HDD and i restarted my xbox it still does it what should i do?

Edit* the error says the disc is unreadable. Even if there is no game in and it's the downloaded version
