Halo 2 on Xbox 360 marketplace

Why isn't Halo 2 on the Xbox 360 marketplace? It's backwards compatible, like Halo: Combat Evolved and there's already a Halo 2 anniversary with the collection. I know that the 360 is old, but please consider bringing Halo 2 to the marketplace (or the
anniversary). Sure, I could go out and buy a disk, but games should be able to purchase on the marketplace too. This doesn't even make any sense to why the wouldn't bring it because Halo: CE is on there, so why isn't Halo 2 on it?

You know Halo:CE is in the marketplace for 1200 ms last I checked and I saw a Halo 2 for orignal xbox and I could still play it on the 360 (not that I have it, though)

The downloadable Xbox Originals program stopped when Games on Demand (Xbox 360 games) started. (Remember, Halo 2 is Xbox, not 360.) Whether the lack of Halo 2 as a download means we can count on an HD remake is just guessing... maybe it will help if
Halo: CE Anniversary sells really well.

In truth though there's little point to buying Halo: Combat Evolved since
Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary is out.
