halo 2 for xbox one.

Well there is a rumor that halo 2 will be re released for the Xbox one. Halo 2 Anniversary Rumoured For Xbox One Release - IGN what is everyone's thought
on it. I think it would be great if they don't screw with the online, by adding all the stuff that reach and 4 have in them, armor abilities, assassinations, drop pods. I do miss picking up two guns.

Not really a fan of Halo. Really loved Fable 1 & 2, pgr3 & 4 and the first 2 gears games.

How about a new Halo game for this new system? Three steps forward, two steps back.

 

I'd love a re-make of Halo 2 for the Xbox One.... while they're working on Halo 5.... why not? It'll deff hold my friends and I over

 

In my opinion halo has not been as good as it use to be. Especially the online, it just seems off now.

 

Halo 2 would be amazing, I'd buy it.

 

@Outlaw - I agree... ever since Halo 3 I have been disappointed with the multiplayer. I loved ALL of the Halo 2 maps.... and all of the different game types (Assault, anyone?). I'm hoping this remake would amazing!

 

I would be all over a Halo 2 anniversary edition. Still have my Halo 2 in its silver case on my gaming shelf.

 

I just don't understand why people want a remake of a last gen game on a next gen system that's as old as this one I mean get GTA 5 but why this? I admit Halo 2 was fun and very engaging but it had its time and instead of moving on to future installments
we get to play a near 10 year old game again. I just hope this don't detract from the development of Halo XB1.

 

@BloodFrenzy - I agree... while a Halo 2 remake would be fun.... I hope they focus more of their efforts on the next gen Halo game....

 

Its also a different studio that would do it, we will still get halo 5. Even though that might be a year away still.

 

Bungie wont be behind it,therfore it will never be as good,xb1 or no xb1.itll be swamped with microtransactions as its a money grabbing exercise to fund halo 5 imo.
