Halo 1, 2, 3 & 4 not working. All other games work

Discus and support Halo 1, 2, 3 & 4 not working. All other games work in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have a customer who has an XBox 360 with a 60 GB drive.     Halo 1, 2, 3 & 4 not working. All other games work


    I have a customer who has an XBox 360 with a 60 GB drive. All other equipment is original.

    Suddenly, neither her Halo, Halo 2, Halo 3 or Halo 4 games work. They all display the message "Disc is unreadable". However, EVERY OTHER GAME WORKS FINE. After trying over and over, Halo 3 will load to a point when it will download an update. I stopped at
    that point thinking, if it's a case of updates, I should get updates from Halo 1 on up instead of starting with Halo 3.

    I thoroughly cleaned the unit, checked that all connections were good, swapped out the 60 GB for a new 20 GB and nothing changed. She called XBox support and was only advised to purchase the new XBox; bogus advice from someone who did not want to extend any
    effort.

    Is there any Halo issue I should know about?

    Which Halo Should I play?

    I say go and get Halo anniversary it's pretty good it's the very first Halo game where it all started. Then get the other Halo games if you like the first one then get Halo 2 ( Xbox 1 game ), Halo 3, Halo 3:ODST, Halo Reach and Halo 4 this November 6 2012!

    Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo Reach, and Halo 4 all have a trueskill rank system. It was hidden in Reach and will be hidden in Halo 4. I just hope it works as well as Halo 2 and Halo 3. It didnt work well at all in Reach because they allowed you to rank up in
    the Campaign and in Firefight. So its going to be interresting to see how it works in Halo 4. As long as it works as well as Halo 2 and Halo 3 I will be happy.

    Old Maps(Halo 2, 3) would save Halo 4?

    Halo 2 and 3 play very differently to Halo 4. I think many old maps wouldn't work very well in Halo 4 without significant overhauls and rebalancing. You can sprint in Halo 4, that alone changes the entire pace of the game. Not to mention armor abilities
    and other stuff.
