Halloween pack not showing

Hello. I bought the new Halloween pack from the store. The payment was taken and I received confirmation from both Microsoft and Paypal. The pack didn't show in game. I turned the console off. Waited a few hours. Checked again, still no pack. I spoke with
Xbox Support just now who confirmed I had purchased it but the preview program was blocking it from getting to my game. They told me to contact yourselves through this forum.

Please help

Minecraft Festive Pack Coming to XB1 and 360

On December 10th for 2.99 you can buy the Festive Pack for Minecraft on XB1 and 360. It adds a new theme, player skins, and music.

It will be coming to other platforms at "a later date". Hopefully PS owners don't get screwed on this like with the Halloween pack, which showed up nearly two weeks after Halloween was over.

I have been refunded. I went into the normal Xbox Support chat. I'm not the only one with this issue. Seems a few that bought from store didn't get their pack. I was refunded then bought the pack from in game. That worked
