Half screen miscolored

Greated this morning with half of my xbox one x screen being miscolored. I’ve tried resets, cables, and every tip (nothing helps). Take it to another TV and it works perfect. Please help before it goes in the trash.

Have you tried other HDMI ports on the TV? If it works on another TV chances are it's not the Xbox and it's the television.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having display issues with your Xbox One X on just one TV. That does sound like its going to be the TV itself that would be the issue. If it is working as intended
on any TV except one you may want to try switching HDMI input ports on the TV. You can also reset your display settings by resetting your display settings. Here's how:

If there's a disc in the Xbox One console, eject it.
On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for five seconds to turn off the console.
Press and hold the Xbox button and the
Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You will hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. DO NOT LET GO until the second beep occurs.
Note This will boot your console in low resolution mode (640 × 480). To reset this setting, go to
System > Settings in the guide, select
Display & sounds, Video options, and then TV Resolution.

It is all good now. I have my tv mounted on the wall and my wireless HDMI next to my cable box and my Xbox. There are no wires showing and it looks great and works very good. Thanks again for the help.

Thank you for the help it is working great now. I went into the Xbox settings and changed it from 1080P to 1080i and it worked. The screen is very clear and I am able to see the full screen

Hi ibtattedian,

I assume as you're using wireless HDMI you have a sender and receiver. Do you still get the issue you're having if you power off the sender and receiver and then turn the sender on first and the receiver second?

A display settings reset may also help, power the console on using the guide button on a controller, as the console powers up press and hold Y and the right trigger on the controller.

Let us know how things work out please, I'd never heard of wireless HDMI until I read this post but found some info on the interweb that says most display issues can be resolved by powering off the sender and receiver and powering them on in the order I
mentioned above.
