    Yesterday I turned on my Xbox One X and the home screen looked fine. I started a game and immediately half of the screen became distorted. The left half of the screen is all pink/green, blocky and all discolored. I rebooted the console, tried a new HDMI
    cable. Tried different inputs on the TV. The TV is a 4k TV and I checked all settings on both the TV and console. Only way I could fix it was to change the XBOX from 4k resolution to 1080p. If I change it back to 4k, same thing happens. Anyone hear of
    this happening and/or know how to resolve it?

    Well tonight I switched the resolution back to 4K and it is back to normal. So I don't what happened, but I guess I will wait and see if it happens again.

    sorry to hear. If possible, please check your console with another TV and read also

    "UHD TRoubleshooter"    .

    I always switch my 4KUHD TV on First, then AVR, then XB1X last of all.

    Try the Energy save mode in System>Settings>Power and startup>Power mode.

    Its a slightly longer boot up but the startup seq is always the same.

    I will. The funny thing is that I put it into another port thats not 4k and it works. Problem is i dont have anyother 4k tv to try it on. Its only on the home page. When i open the game it works just fine.
