half of my xbox games with gold gone

hi so I was looking at my ready to install games and I realized half of my games with gold games I got every month are gone will I be able to get them back?

You need a valid Subscription to see all your GWG games you have downloaded, if your subscription expires then you will only be left with the 360 titles.

Check you subscription is still running, if not, this is the reason for this as Xbox One GWG Games are not available to play if you do not have a subscription running.

my subscription don't expire until August don't make since why they are missing I know that I downloaded then put them to ready to install since I don't have room for every game they should be in there but there not

I'm sorry to see any issues with access to Games with Gold games! There's a couple things that we would need to look into. First, double check your
Download History for Xbox 360 and your
My Games section to see if they are showing up there. After that, regardless of if you see them there or not, you'll want to
contact us via phone or chat to have them look into your licenses and see if your account has them.

After you've done that, get back to us on the results! If phone/chat wasn't able to help you out, please post back with the games you know are missing so that we can look further into this. I look forward to working with you!

okay so I had a little chat with Microsoft and they said I didint have licenses for the games I told them and I look at the link you gave me and half of those are not on there.

 

Thanks for following up here, Casey! Are you able to let me know the exact games you are missing? It's been a while but we have seen issues in the past where some games disappear and we've had to have engineers look into the situation. We'll see what we
can do on our end with that list.
