    Hi Fellow gamer,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand your light is staying on for the headset. Is the light for the mute? Have you tried the headset on another device like a phone or PC? If it continues you may want to reach out to the manufacturer of the
    headset or replace it.

    with haedset symbol my voice ok and frineds ok my voice but i not hear their!!

    with kinect not symbol..and not hear their!
