Had to reset my xbox to factory setting

Hello,

my Xbox one had to be reset to factory default setting, erasing everything I had, how do I get my account back with my old gamertag? if I cant, then how do I transfer my old account to a new gamertag? if I cant do that either then I need assistance in cancelling all my subscriptions associated with my old gamertag before I resubscribe with a new gamertag. It would be easier for me to speak with somone that can help me so please contact me via cellphone, thank you.

In order to get back on your old account and gamertag, you will just need to sign in with the e-mail you have set up the account with. If you do not remember it please try contacting support for more information Contact us | Xbox Support.

i ended up resetting my xbox network settings back to factory. Immediately after I selected the network in question, it was successful. just a thought. I had tried to use an ethernet cable as well before doing this and had no luck until I reset my xbox
factory settings.

Hello Mateusz207. You will need to contact support to get the reset buttons for your Xbox. You must be the registered owner of the device and over 18 years of age. To register your console, log in to myservice.xbox.com. Once the console is registered, contact
support through chat or phone and request for the reset code for your Family passcode
