    I just went on the Xbox Rewards website to check if my credit has been deposited and now it's registered me on the site. Do you know why? My 10% back and everything I've earned over the years is not showing on the website! Please say that my rewards credit
    back isn't affected.

    Registration

    I know with previous consoles you had to register your product. I can't seem to find a way to register the Xbox One. Can anyone help me?

    Hi

    I've been trying to register my new Xbox One X at page:

    Register (or Unregister) Your Xbox | Xbox Product Registration

    However, it won't accept any phone numbers!

    Neither my landline or mobile no are accepted (no country codes etc as instructed.

    Thought maybe the coder had set it as American format number - nope - White House phone number not accepted

    Similar logic for UK numbers - 10 Downing Street not accepted.

    Can someone please advise what exactly the phone number field is expecting, so that I can make up a suitable number?

    It's just a glitch. You'll just have to wait for everything to show back up.

    Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
    that is accurate up to yesterday morning. We are currently working on getting this information up to date to this morning. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    We see that you received the appropriate payback as part of your March 8th deposit. This issue is just a web presentation issue; all your information on our database was unaffected.

    Achievements unlocked not registered........again

    It was registered unlocking other achievements of the sm game....

    I hope you'll find solution soon as possible in order to prevent that
