    Had to factory reset Xbox one x.


    I'm not sure what all is going on. I've already reported an issue. Both the alpha Skip ahead and alpha most recent update had so many bugs with the games and ready to install that my Xbox simply stopped working. No games would load. Installing games would just stop installing. Couldn't find half of my dlc. Had to kick my Xbox off the preview program for now and factory reset so I'm on a public build again. Everything is working fine now.

    Once it seems to be working again I'll go back to alpha Skip ahead build.

    Have you tried a Factory reset? I had this problem a few years ago and a factory reset fixed it. Here is more info on Factory reset https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults
