Had to do factory reset and now won't load any games.. Help!

My sons Xbox was getting error E102 and long story short, we had to do the factory reset. Now when they have their profile back up none of their games will load. Put the disk in and nothing happens. Any ideas how to fix this?

Xbox One Not Loading Games

Figures on the eve of the Titanfall beta my XBox One is not loading games. The games will load up to the title screen but when it goes to either go to a menu or load save game the system just sits there. Thought it was just Ghosts doing it to me, but checked all my other games and they don't load past the title screens either. Apps work fine just not the games.

Anyone else have this issue. Bad thing is there's no error message. Also if I close down game, its fine. When I eject the disc, turns off system. I'm thinking about doing factory reset but wanted to see if anyone else had this issue and if so able to get it rectified without going through a factory reset.

No matter which game I load, I get kicked back to Xbox Home Screen

XBox One has been working fine and now in the last 24hrs, virtually any game I try to load and play, I seem to get this glitched tone, then it kicks me straight back to XBox Home screen.

Any ideas folks? I have already done a partial hard reset and am loathe to do a full factory reset as I will lose a load of content unless it's saved to my Username.

Any help much appreciated.

 

Are you getting any error messages when trying to load the game or is nothing happening at all?

Also is this only happening for one game?

If you haven't tried it yet you should unplug the console for 30 seconds

If this fails try to uninstall the game and reinstall it, the file could have been damaged during the factory reset

 

Nothing is happening at all. We have tried 2 different games and nothing happens when inserted. Usually that's where the games auto load?

 

It may sound silly but have you tried manually telling the game to load in the my games and apps page?

Is it just games or will apps such as youtube not load either?

You could also try going onto the store and finding a free to play game with a small file size to see if that will work
