Had to Delete & Reinstall Bejeweled Live on my X Box for Win 10 PC. Now game Will Not Add ...

If you've not already tried resetting the game threw the Windows 10 App Settings. I would suggest giving that a try. In order to do this, do the following.

• Right click on the 'Start' icon on your desktop and select 'Settings'.
• Proceed to then select 'Apps'.
• Under 'Apps & features', scroll down your list of installed apps until you find the app in question.
• Select the app and then proceed to select 'Advanced options' within.
• Scroll down the list of advanced options until you see the 'Reset' option.
• Select and reset the app.
• Launch the app within a minute or so to check if the issue remains.

I purchased this Bejewelled App with a direct download to my x-box 360 more than a couple of years ago. It had always been listed in My Games along with the rest of the games I have aquired through the store. Going into the console last week I noticed
that it was no longer displayed in the My Games section. I went into the harddrive and the only thing showing for Bejewelled was one saved game. This game was not a demo, I have to assume that it was accidentally erased. I went into my past purchases and there
is no listing for this game or any of the other 5 games I have purchased in the past on a direct dowload. I have to mention that it has been at least 5 years since I purchased a 360 game. At the time of my last purchase I know that I had a different password
for my microsoft account as well as a different password in my console in order to access x-box live. My email address however has always remained the same. This is probably the reason why there are no purchase listings shown for the games I do own.

I had the same problem, download the latest version of windows 10 updated 10/5/2020.then reinstall xbox games pass pc ( beta)

then delete gears 5 and then try to download again using games pass beta . It should now reinstall the upgraded version of gears 5

do not reinstall or do a clean version of windows 10 . Its microsofts not doing enough to keep you informed.

It tells you on the game on the bottom right you need the updated windows 10 to run the game

I have a x box 360s works great on my Linksys e2500 router.

I now want to add a second x box 360e ,It will not let me on to xbox live either wireless or other wise...need help.
