bought Dragon Age INquisition and cannot play multiplayer - wont login to EA servers.

turns out that because I used a different email address almost 11 years ago, my account name for Xbox is referencing an EA account I cant use. I changed all my contact info for my life account but i can't change it's name (which is the old address), so now
because of that I can never play any EA titles online anymore.

anyone know how I might fix that?

Microsoft account with xbox needing changed

Hey,

I am looking to see if there is any way to change my Microsoft account email but keep all my other info the same along with keeping all my rewards and my account how it is now. I used an email address for my Microsoft account that I never use and now want
to change my email but don't know if that possible to keep everything the same except just change my email so my notifications and everything go to my email I use.

Email concern 6 months and 5 games

Ok I had updated my WLID, I even created a new user name and changed my email address to the recent Live/Hotmail ID that i created and all my information got synced to that account so now all my contacts have the same email address which now ends in a "Hotmail"
because I check my Microsoft,Live, and xbox live contact info and they do all have the same contact info so now I take it that I just wait and see if the email get back sent out again? because with my old email that I had that ended in "sbcglobal" I found
out that I couldnt even get emails through that no more because they got bought out by another company, Thanks for your time

You might be best off speaking to EA support on this one, to try to either revive the old account or create a new one to which you can link your Xbox account and get the games working again.

I have the same problem but see xbox.com told me that in order to change my billing info I needed to update me email but now because of the 30 day waiting period I can't update it

This info did help for the most part. Before the 30 day wait period was activated i had to either put in an email or a phone number. I chose the phone number. So will microsoft delete all my account info except for the phone number or will the phone number
be added to the account when the 30 days are up?

No I have not made a Microsoft account with the new email

I've been doing exactly that and this error has been coming up for a few days now....

"Sorry we can't change your Microsoft account right now. For more info, go to Xbox.com/Account Swap."
