    Ok, I have tried removing the hard drive and re-installing it, using a flash drive, using a CD, removing the hard drive and using the flash drive and the cd with the update still not completing. Is there anything else to try? At a lost. The last update
    I had to put on the flash drive to get the update to work.

    Thanks for the reply DB. I was hoping there was a way to do it with the Flash Drive but I guess connecting live is the better way to get the update.

    Phone support are the one ones who could offer you credit for lost time, i am not sure why they would need to contact the enforcement team, as they only deal with suspensions.

    nope if it is lost it is lost unless you had them saved to the cloud or on a back up like a flash drive.

    xbox 360 16 g flash drive

    I purchased a Dane Elec 16 gig flash drive, this flash drive would not configure at all.... so I did some digging around and found out that if I get a 8 gig dane elec flash drive it will work. so I refunded the 16gig and got the 8 gig ($14 at Gamestop)

    Inserted it in my xbox and bam, it configured to the xbox and then I moved my BOPS 2 Revolution to the flash drive with in 2 minutes, tried the Revolution map pack and it worked with out any errors. I also have noticed that some flash drives loose space,
    not this one, after configuring I lost 512k out of 8 gig, not bad at all.

    I don't know why the 16 gig did not work, I know the flash drive cant be lower then 1 gig. But what I did was just buy two Dane elec 8 gigs. I only play a few games, my xbox is the 4gig model. so using my flash drive I freed up all my system storage.

    E66 Error after latest update - Only when I download it, otherwise Xbox works fine

    You either have a flashed drive, or it was a faulty update in which case you'd want to clear the data of the last update and try to reinstall it. If you have a flashed drive and send it back then my guess is that Microsoft is gonna tell you to buy a new
    one.
