    Had this game for 5 years and now I've lost it cause i don't "own" it


    I've had this one game for years now one of my favourites, but A few days ago xbox has said I don't own it apparently so I tried to uninstall and reinstall it cause I thought it bugged out. I go to reinstall it and it's not in my previous games it says
    I need to buy it even though I bought the game all those years ago and I've put a lot of money into the game it's self. I'm really angry at the moment, I just want my game back so if someone could help that would be amazing.

    first of all, the game was bought or received by games with gold (since for some mistake the server may not let you play at the moment) if it was purchased it is physical or digital format (the discs can be damaged over time and therefore may not let you
    play though you have the download), in case it's digital and purchased try downloading your profile again (it won't affect your apps and games) this process is fast as it weighs no more than 100 Mb

    The game was rainbow six siege and I've check my history, it's not there but I can see all the stuff I bought for the game. I know for a fact I bought the game and it was on the account I'm using now.
