Had the Xbox Series X for 2 days locked account

So I love my new Xbox Series X. Switched from Sony so I'm quite impressed. However I went to change settings and it said something was wrong with my account. Go to Xbox live to sort it out. It informed me I was locked out but doesn't state why. Gave a list of possibilities so I tried calling support. Robot caller hangs up on me. I tried the feedback. Nobody contacted me. How am I supposed to resolve this happening again if I can't contact a human being to find out what is going on to prevent it. I posted a capture on YouTube, is that why? I don't know because you won't tell me.

Capture Videos. The capture of video's does not record party chat audio either. Also tried to find a way to resolve. No contact on that either. Love the console. But I cannot resolve if no one is willing to contact. Never had this issue of locked account with Sony. I have shared way more video's with them. Help me out guys.

It seems that you received an enforcement action in your account. Since your ban only last 48 hours is not possible to appeal. (Because this is the time that usually takes the enforcement team to send you a response)

Just to let you know, no one including customer support is capable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions.
Due to is not possible to access to your account and enforcement details.

The only way to do it is via this site: https://enforcement.xbox.com/ there you can view your enforcement history or start a case review if applicable.

Can you give us some more info on what exactly it's saying when you try to change settings on your account?

Unfortunately there is no way to record party chat via the Game DVR feature on the console itself. The only way is to use an external capture card with a PC. It's a feature people have been requesting for a long time, but sadly, we still don't have it.

You're also more likely to hear about a failure than not in regards to anything, because people don't speak out when things actually run well. Personally I've had 1 Xbox 360 fail out of 2 360s (it was 2-3 years old), an Xbox One received on launch day, at Xbox One S, an Xbox One X, and now an Xbox Series X I've had since launch.
