    Had problems redeeming a code.


    I purchased a One Month Xbox Live code from a 3rd party seller around late Feb, early March, and when I tried to redeem the code it came up with ''14 day Gold Trial'' or something along those lines, yet, after confirming it, I didn't have gold status.

    Okay, so the sent 2 codes, one for 14 days, and the other was supposed to be a gift, Idk, Idc. They were supposed to send 3 codes, 2x 14 day codes and their silly gift.

    The second part is irrelevant, just wanna know all the reasons a code may not activate?

    does anyone else have a code they are not using.

    the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

    I can not use the download code HALO 5.

    Hi there!

    This problem is most likely caused because Halo 5 hasn't released yet.

    I recommend waiting until release day, and if you still have trouble redeeming the code, this page should help you out:

    Hi there,

    to be sure keep in mind that you can Not stack multiple trial codes on top of each other.

    regarding the Gold not showing please double check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services     to see if the subscription is showing there.

    If the subscription shows, try the following steps

    - Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

    - Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    - Redownload your profile

    If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

    Even if I did stack them it should still give me Gold right? I had started from a fresh download onto the console which was freshly formatted. Also they only sent one 14 flyDay trial. And currently I can't do it because I purchased a year from Microsoft.

    GEARS OF WAR COLLECTION FREE ....BUT REDEEM CODE NOT WORK

    I had the same problem, the solution is to go to the microsoft official website and redeem the code there, the problem is from the xbox one in the option of "Redeem code 2".
