    Had problem with ads rendering MS Jigsaw unusable. Upgraded to premium.


    paid to upgrade to premium of MS jigsaw because otherwise couldn't tolerate ads rendering system unusable. Now I still get the ads despite having paid to eliminate. Jigsaw unusable despite having paid to upgrade. Seems to reflect on Microsoft in general.
    Reluctant to deal with MS; may switch completely to Apple products if not resolved

    Game freezing up constantly

    Like others, I am having continuous problems with freezing up whenever they try to run the ads. I like to relax with Jigsaw, but it sure is not happening right now. Very frustrating. I upgraded to Premium at one point, but 3 weeks into my 1 year subscription,
    ads started showing up again. I was told my subscription was no longer valid or had expired. Took forever to get anyone at support that could help, but finally got my money back. Even if the do fix it, I think I'm done with MS Jigsaw. There are plenty of others
    out there.

    Based on Gary Hugo's comment, I tend to think that the problem is in Microsoft's programming. I'm currently having problems with Jigsaw and Sudoku freezing for several seconds or a minute or more while the upgrade popup repopulates. I also assume, if I
    were to upgrade to premium, the problem would promptly disappear.

    everytime i finish a puzzle ms jigsaw closes.

    I am having the exact same problem. It just started a few weeks ago and only 4months into my premium subscription of MS Jigsaw. That was a wasted 10 bucks as it seems they will never fix any of the problems in this product.

    I too have this problems, started a day or two ago. Problem exists on both my W10 desktop and W10 Surface Pro 3 PC. I have the Premium version for $9.99/year. Uninstalled on both machines and cannot re-install on either machine, Download starts and when
    license is acquired the same error message show up again. Hey Microsoft, time to fix this. I have downloaded Jigsaw Premium Puzzle from the store until the XBox Jigsaw gest fixed. If not fixed soon, forget this MS game, very disappointing as it is not the
