    Firstly, for the last week i have had the "credit card info cannot be retrieved. buy this item with money in your account" issue. This when trying to download Burial at Sea Ep2, which is already paid for with season pass. when i tried to get help from support
    they told me to delete my profile/delete Cache, unplug all cables blah blah. On doing this, i now cannot re-download my profile and am getting error 80090304. I am getting seriously *** off.

    Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.

    It's been telling me "please try again later code: 80151103" for two days now. When I call support they tell me to give it a day or two, so I was thinking maybe someone else from Xbox would have a more constructive idea then hope for the best.

    Sigh... Microsoft. I never thought you would let me down...

    Oh and i forgot to mention that i had to wait for 20 minutes to speak to support. Whilst i was doing all the instructions they told me, they logged off the conversation and i am now forced to wait a further 20 minutes for my new issue, and still unresolved
    first issue!
