I would like to make complaint and possibly get this problem sorted out.

A month ago, and some time before that, i was issued with two communication bans, and the reasons of why i was issued with them was not my fault, but was possably the cause of my younger sibling.

Communications Ban received... but why?

Dear Xbox Live Enforcement Team,

Earlier today I logged on to see that my account had received a 24 hour communications ban. This was very puzzling to me as I do not feel that I have done anything to receive this ban, and that any reports on my account were falsely submitted. I do not communicate
with users other than friends very often, and I am not one to attack someone over xbox, so I am not sure why I was issued this ban. Another thing that bothered me was the fact that I was issued this ban with no information on why. I don't like the fact that
bans are being issued without any reasoning behind it. It is my account, and I think I deserve to know why this ban was issued.

Have no clue why I got a communication ban.

I just got a communication ban and I have no clue why, I have not sent any messages in the past two months. I also don’t play with my mic.

Ok again when I had a past communication suspension it gave me a reason why and you just said there was an issue with the site your self right now and I wasnt able to appel the ban my that term I get banned and I'm not allowed to appel it and now its past the date I cant even receive a reason why I got banned cuz I had other suspension and each one had a reason but not this time. I should be given a chance to appel it that's not fair it's not my fault the enforcement site wasn't working the time I had the ban.

Unfortunately, you are responsible for your account, including if someone else uses it.

You can request a case review, but the chances of MS reversing their decision are basically nil because you're admitting that the offending messages were sent from your account which is all that matters. The fact that your brother sent them is irrelevant
when it comes to a suspension being issued.

So yeah, you'll have to take this one on the chin on behalf of your little brother, sadly. You can change your sign in settings to require your password or a passkey, which might help stop him doing this kind of thing again.
