    Had Battlefield 4 purchased then it is gone


    I bought battlefield 4 digitally so me and my friend could play together, we played for a few months. On June 27th the game was deleted from both of our consoles asking us to rebuy it. I am very dissatisfied with not only xbox but the support as well. They
    say we need purchase history which is only shown with credit cards. I used a prepaid xbox card. I have proof to show my friend and I played it. I have screen shots and clips. I am not one to delete games so this should never happen

    crashed lost all progress

    i was playing the game then it crashed, i went back in and i had lost all my progress...i also had purchased vc and it is all gone too

    This has happened to my Battlefield 4 game. I have achievements for completing single player missions, but I have had to restart the campaign 3 times. The data is just gone as though it never existed.

    During the time that game was on sale, they also had free play days. Unfortunately it sounds like you actually downloaded it for free during that time instead of purchasing it. You would have to purchase the game in order to continue playing.
