    My son played Fortnite on the switch using an account using my email address.

    He then got an Xbox and set up an account using his own email.

    Now trying to sign in on the Xbox using the account set up on the switch to use the Fortnite skins but it won’t sign in

    Try signing out of your microsoft account and signing back in on your nintendo switch.

    It says log in failed or if it logs in it defaults to Xbox account.
