Discus and support had 3 Xbox's in just over a month! really not satisfied in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; where do i begin with the issue, i got an Xbox one on the 30th of November and just before Christmas when i got a disk to try and play as up until then...     where do i begin with the issue, i got an Xbox one on the 30th of November and just before Christmas when i got a disk to try and play as up until then i had downloaded my games the disk tray would not load properly it made the error noise so on boxing day
    I brought my Xbox which I had purchased with the 2 year warranty from game back to game to get this issue resolved which it was swapped for a brand new console there and then so I was thinking this is ok one time is fine I can deal with that and then on Friday
    the 10/01/14 while playing the Xbox it made a weird noise for 5 seconds and completely turned itself off and would not proceed to turn back on (even though power was still going to console ) after 20 minutes it turned back on but then when I tried to play
    Fifa 14 on the load even though I was clearly signed in through (the Kinect auto sign in) it was telling me to proceed I needed to sign in and gave me the three options, sign in, retry or continue without signing in if I clicked sign in it let me choose my
    profile again but reloaded the three options. If I clicked retry it brought the three options back and if I clicked continue it brought the three options back.

    So it was at this point where I was really frustrated so I decided this time to contact Microsoft to try and see what to do next and the person from Microsoft was very helpful in reassuring me if I brought it back to game that I would get it swapped there
    and then and he would also look to see about getting compensation for this issue (as paying this much for a console and having to bring it back not once but twice in just over a month is outrageous). He then proceeded to note my Xbox live account with this
    information and advised me because I was going to the game store that night he gave me a number to get straight through to customer service so that if game said no for any reason to hand them this number to be told its authorised to swap. So I get down to
    the game store and the guy serving said let me have a look at the console and come back in 30 minutes (asking if we had any other shopping to do in which we advised no this is the only reason we are out he took my mobile number and name to contact me when
    this is done.

    I came back after 30 minutes and did not get treated right away and after waiting in store for 20 minutes the guy who served me in the first place (in normal clothes) came walking right past me ignoring me (apparently as his shift had ended) after ignoring
    me I made a comment saying isn’t that the guy who served me and another person (possibly a supervisor) asked if I was waiting on the console in which I replied yes I was told by the guy who just walked out that it would be done in 30 minutes (it was now near
    an hour) to which he had advised myself there was nothing he could do and no testing had taken place as a number that game need to confirm with was not open at this time. When I explained the other advisor took my name and number he apologised and said there
    was nothing he could do. So I proceeded to go to provide the number given to me by Microsoft to get this issue resolved there and then and he was not interested to take the number saying it won’t work.

    He then proceeded to ask me to come back another day (Saturday) and he will swap the console for me this is not acceptable as it means another trip to a game store for a faulty Xbox in which I had to go on my lunch break from work to go to game to get this
    swapped which I should not of had to do as paying so much for a console that won’t work is not necessary. Then in store after swapping the console for a second time in just over a month when asked about compensation the advisor said to me that he cannot authorise
    anything as if he did with me then he would have to with all returned Xbox’s in which he said would be a lot as there has been issues with the Xbox and for me to get back in touch with Xbox to get compensation for the way I have been treated as a loyal customer
    (having original Xbox, Xbox 360 from release) to obtain a mode of compensation as it is not games product that its Microsoft that game just happen to sell (not their fault it has issues). So this is to one complain and two find out what is going to happen
    about this appalling customer service and compensation as this should never of happened. i also Participated in a very long chat on with Xbox support.

    I have had my 360 slim for just over 2 months now and when i play older games like halo 3 and guitar hero world tour i the fans are really loud but it is not present with newer games like Reach or Assasins creed Brother hood

    Not sure entirely if you are asking for a support issue. If this is about compensation in form of a free game then you will need to contact support and ask them for one.

    If this about how unhappy & frustrated the whole process has been you might also post your experience int he feedback forums here

    i had contacted the support and they advised me to do this so i am quite confused and really annoyed at the whole situation if I'm completely honest. the lack of issue resolution was appalling having three Xbox ones in just over a month is completely unacceptable

    I just about to send in my second box for Bluray drive failure. I agree that there should be compensation for our problem. Event though I have nothing to do with the drie failing, I am required to pay $15 for advanced replacement, and they couldn't guarantee
    that the replacement unit would be new. This experience is really making me feel cheated and abused after 10 plus years of loyalty.
