    Had 2 xbox accounts under same email how do I access the old one?


    My old Xbox account that goes by the name of OG FoughtLizard has been practically disabled as when I first had it I linked it to this email on my account then in 2018 I got a pc when I went to go and try and link things I utilized the same email thinking nothing of it. When I went to the created xbox account Bucket7069 I realized it was a completely different account with nothing on it and when I tried to log into my old xbox account on the console I had been greeted with an account error code that meant said account was disabled I've been searching everywhere to try and find answers as I had spent a lot of money on games for that account and in game things like bundles for siege this whole thing has really been getting on my nerves as I've tried contacting microsoft for an account recovery attempt but haven't received an email back or anything clueing to it and whenever I directly call or utilized customer support I have to deal with some stupid ai response

    XBox1 Gamer Tag issue

    You can not have 2 gamertags under one email.

    If you logged into your new console and it gave you a different gamertag then the other gamertag would be under a different email address.

    If you still have the old console you can log into your account on that one and if it is a xbox one you can go into settings and under the account tab go to sign in security and passkey and it will show you the email associated with that gamertag.

    If you do not have access to the old console you can contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them your gamertag and if they can verify the ownership of the account they can give you the email that would be associated with the
    account.
