packet issue is now gone, shows all good, however I still cant get online to play. I can do everything else.

    Vancouver Washington

    Comcast

tried 2 ISP and 3 networks total.

Is there a reset or soemthing. I need to do?

  3. 100% packet loss still

Had same issue. I was unable to connect to NBA2k15 servers for multiplayer gaming. I checked multiplayer status and got the 100% packet loss error. Called microsoft and they confirmed that since I could connect to XBL that it was a faulty error message
that they see a lot now. I shared I was using a Technicolor TC8305C Gateway provided by Comcast and they suggested that could be the issue. I swapped it out today for another model provided by Comcast suggested by Microsoft, the Cisco DPC 3939. Issue resolved,
I can now connect to multiplayer gaming and the error message went away as it shows 0% packet loss.

My mom once told me when I was a young knucklehead in middle school. When one teacher has a problem with you that may be between you and the teacher some people just run each other the wrong way. But if more then one teacher has a problem with you then you
are the problem and you need to get yourself together.

Well this is at least the 3rd "100%" packet loss title. While MS denies but not addressing and their forum moderators blame the end user, I hypothesie this will happen many more times until the end of the month. I don't know why MS just don't address the
issue release something on the Xbox or something throw everyone a month on their gold accounts (at the very least) and get in with it. Worrying about their black eye by those on the outside looking in while treating the people within your own community is
a weak excuse not to release some info. I don't know another reason to omit what info they know.

Reading the thread and seeing people rip apart their networks, test stuff, point and click, and in essence make things worse. Instead of MS taking responsibility and telling people to just settle down they are letting people think it's their stuff. Even
if it is they don't know for use until MS squares themselves away. I mean people are testing their cable signals, buying new routers, putting stuff in the DMZ and changing a bunch of settings on their routers. And God knows what else people are doing. I believe
because MS is "slow to no" taking responsibility for this they are going to be dealing with this much longer then they even have issues. Because after MS is right people's networks worldwide will be jacked but because all the stuff that has been done trying
to fix their stuff when it was in fact MS the entire time. They shot themselves in the foot with this one and they are really exposing themselves. They too are not immune to the same issues. How many hands do you think are in the cookie jar of fixing this
and how many things have been enabled, changed, or what have you in their end trying to fix stuff. I bet they are causing more problems trying to fix it. I bet a portion of their fiasco is them rolling back changes they made that are breaking something else.

Yeah this is getting really old. Mine doesn't say 100% packet loss anymore. I had to do a couple of hard resets on my Xbox One and my router, checked the cables, made sure my PC didn't have any packet loss and I'm still lagging in CoDAW. Before the Lizard
Squad attack everything was working fine. I don't know why Microsoft doesn't say anything about it on the xbox.com/status page. It seems like the only thing they've said about it publicly is 1 post on Twitter and they're not really helping anyone on there.
Just telling people all the regular stuff to troubleshoot. I don't see why they can't just admit that a hacking team broke through their security and ruined everyone's holidays and that they're trying to fix things.

Woke up this morning and guess what STILL DOWN! Can someone that MS has contact me and tell me what to do. I got a friend across town( about 10 miles) having a good ole time playing me...nada! Will a reset of my expensive brick fix this issue? In the
other post is said to post a new thread and I would get help. NO help has yet to come. Not even a have you tried to turn it off and on again?

Please MS give me something to try?!?

How do I save all my saves to the cloud?

Most T1 connections are like anywhere between 7-20 ms and that's like 1920 phone lines they use. If I pinged something at work and it came back in something like 100ms I would be like WTF it would be something wrong. Our average response time on my network
in work is 1ms and it's the 5th largest city in the country no small feat. There is expected delayed response times across the internet but the only way your getting 100+ response times is if your pinging something across the country or across the pond. This
is defintally on the MS side. It's been high for me ever since I went to the Xbox one I used to get anywhere between 2-15ms on the 360. I understand they are using azure cloud for Xbox gaming but MS uses azure for everything like my email is on the azure
cloud on office 365. So a ton of city emails are flowing into the same cloud as Xbox gaming. I am sure they are segmented but I don't know where or how it is. But the ping response times are a joke. There is nothing professional about response times like that.
The only reason MS gets away with it because the majority of their coustomers or young and don't know better. And the ones who do know better may not know where to obtain the information or don't play the system to know or care.

Another thing is I don't have Twitter or any social media accounts by choice. So when they release information on social media it don't get out. Younger children don't have social media either by their parents choice like mine. So where they should release
information is on the console itself. That is the common demonator anyone who would care about the issues they are having are those on the consoles. It's like the gas tax it's such an effective way to collect has got the federal highway find because everyone
has to purchase gas. Even those driving illegally, without insurance, no lincense etc. you collect from everyone because it's the common demonator. It's not hard to push out a message or something in their convolutated metro tiles. Or even make a pop up everyone
    has to read it.

A good idea would be to only count bandwidth usage from the gateway not another client in the same network. When I stream stuff from my server that shouldn't be counted as bandwidth usage it contains a misleading number. There should be total interface bandwidth
and then Internet bandwidth and then LAN bandwidth. It's easy to determine that LLDP should be able to clear up all that info.

Also when doing the various network years it should show not only what it's doing but what tests it's ran. It should also show them in real time. I feel like a vista user that spinning circle is offensive as if I don't need to know what tests were ran. I
would like to see where they are pinging is the number an average of so an average of how many pings. I would like to see where the speedtest are ran from and the size of the files that are transferring. Simply saying everything is all good assumes I dont
know better. What is the standard of receiving all good? I mean maybe your standards are different then my own. I may see something on my end I could fix if I could see more detailed information. If you don't want to provide it by default give me like an admin
level access allowing me deeper penetration into the system to see what's going on behind the scenes. I don't need rw just read only would be fine. "Even tho it's my system" I understand your trying to provide a level of experence. But I could not only help
myself but help you guys by knowing more of what's going on.
