Had 100,000 gamerscore at the start of last year and now I have 3000

Stopped playing the start of last year due to money issues sold my one and my 360,logged in to my account and I lost 97k worth of gamerscore with 60 something games completed 100%

I have no idea why it was done or how and apparently I was banned after i got rid of my XB1 and 360 which a support staff member told me about

How Much (G) on Average Would You Say You Make?

I've been a Live member for just over a year I think and my gamerscore isn't that high. I really can't remember the last time I got an achievement. On my old account from a few years ago I had around 3000 k in gamerscore I believe. Shame that I couldn't
remember the email and password to that account.

 

Reset 360 achievements

for some reason all my 360 games ive completed are reading as 0 gamerscore. all the games ive had on my 360 read as i have done nothing one them and i had a lot of gamerscore before this happened now im down to 3000 im really not impressed all that time
ive put in just got deleted.
