So I have been in multiple calls and I've done reports with no luck at all.

So my account was hacked around 2 months ago. around $200 was taken from my account. They bought games that I already owned on disc and bought a gift card. I don't really mind getting my money back I just want those people banned. I know their gamertags.

I've had zero help with all of this. Anyone know of something that can be done?

The first step in remediating unauthorized account use is to immediately change your password.

Contacting Xbox Support and your bank can help get those purchases reversed.

Report, mute, and block the gamertags you feel are harassing you, and be sure to include a note about what you believe they did to your account. Enforcement will read your report, and possibly investigate further.

The main recommendation we would provide here is that you use the report feature on their profile through the Xbox One dashboard. If you have already done that, you are good to go. Using the report feature on any Gamertag does not guarantee any action will
