Hacking/Tampering Player

I didn't know exactly where to post this situation so I just chose a random one. Please Microsoft, take this claim seriously. Thank you.

I was playing in final tournament game in FIFA 14 Ultimate Team (UT) on my Xbox 360 and finished winning 6-1. I was at the post-game menu about to return to the main menus when I was suddenly and quickly disconnected and reconnected immediately, with no
fault of my own connection. My opponent had disconnected me from UT and a completed game, kicking me all the way back out to the home screen of FIFA 14, rather than the normal title menus of FIFA 14 UT. He robbed me of both the win AND the tournament trophy/coins
(5,000). The game was over COMPLETELY and this occurred as I was exiting the post-game menus. I further received the a "Did Not Finish" (DNF) warning when I re-entered UT. My internet connection was completely stable throughout this occurrence as I was never
logged out of Xbox Live or even disconnected from the EA Servers. I was only disconnected solely from UT, which has never happened unless I lose internet connection entirely. I deserved the win as well as the trophy title and coins, but my opponent somehow
tampered with his or mostly my connection allowing him to terminate my access to UT without disconnecting my entirely from the EA Servers, forcing me to concede my win and tournament reward. This is the first time I've been a part of this situation or witnessed
it. I have been disconnected from games before but it was always due to my own internet and I was aware of it. However, there was absolutely no "lag" during this game and like I said before, my internet never dropped and only a specific aspect of the game
was targeted and tampered to give me a loss.

This occurred at about 8:20pm PST.

This player deserves to be banned from playing or to be punished in some way.

I would also like compensation for this, but I think that compensation is not your concern as it is more EA Sports'. The priority is punishing this player for blatantly cheating his/her way out of a loss and giving me a loss when I should have gotten a win
and a reward.

Tampering/cheating/hacking

Make sure that you and each member of your party file a complaint against the individuals who have stated that they were indeed tampering.

Also be sure to submit a player review avoiding these players in future matches to ensure that the same problem does not persist.

 

System tampering (hacking)

Why not just Avoid, Block communications and, Report this Gamer??? Change your IP address if you feel worried and move on.

First of all You ARE NOT ALLOWED to post others sensitive data ie: Gamertags on this particular forums. If you find that someone has broke the Code of Conduct, you should report them through the Xbox System. Go to recent players, go on his gamercard and
click file complaint.

 

While I am not certain that this kind of thing actually violates the COC, his actions ARE that of a poor sport. You can file a complaint, but as I said, I am not sure this falls into a COC violation, so I am not sure much will be done. While I realize this
stinks really bad, I think your best course of action would be to use the avoid player function, and move on. It is really hard to say exactly what happened, as you did not loose your internet connection. If it had been a DDos attack, you would have been disconnected,
so this does not seem to be the answer. This is why I am uncertain if whatever happened violates the COC.
