Hacking Spectre's ?

I've been playing this game for a while and haven't figured out how to hack the spectres. I have only done it by using burn cards. I know there is another way. Can anyone advise????

Actually, you can hack spectre's and have them do exactly that.

 

Where to meet Miranda?

I may be wrong but isn't there a possible Miranda meet-up before the Spectre's office, where shes on the Docking Bay looking out on the Citadel? The first meet-up (spoilers) she just tells you that she's worried because she hasn't heard from Oriana for a
while, and then in the Spectre's office she informs you that her father has abducted Oriana.

 

X button - from behind or stun them from the front (shoot or kick) first

Is it the knife from behind? Or the X button? Ive also heard that if you hack one and there are other Spectares around, youll automatically wifi "hack" all of the group/enemy AI near you.

 

Yes - you hack the enemy AI using a knife attack from behind.

 

@ Empsire, all you have to do is get behind a Spectre and use button "X" to hack a Spectre. Best done when they drop in. When you hack one, all others in a specific radius will be hacked too.

 

For you guys saying to use "X" - is that the button that your knifing action maps to?

I ask because you can modify the controller settings and my knife button is "B" which is the only way I've known to hack the AI enemies.

While you use the knife to hack - it is a separate action started using the "X" button. Not sure what I was thinking yesterday!?!?

 

You don't need to be behind them to hack them. Also the wi-fi hack is a burn card. I think they actually hack other spectres.

Hacking is achieved by holding the reload button unless remapped.

 

If anyone wants a funny tip use a specter camo then run around hacking specters then walk around in the middle of your specter army and move like them haha
