Hacking Pc Gamers On Xbox Live

iv been told over the last few days by a number of different people that very soon pc gamer's will be able to play along side xboxone gamer's over live with this new cross platform gaming idea Microsoft is going ahead with,

my questions is:

does that mean that pc gamers running hacks will be playing with the xboxone players in the same servers??, i got rid of my gaming pc and got the xbox due to the fact that just about everyone was running hacks on battlefield & cod it got the stage where
the games were unplayable in the end, im just looking for a bit more info as i dont know for sure that what iv been told is %100 correct and before i start moaning hardcore about it need to know im not going to make myself look like a ***..lol

i know some games on the 360 were hacked but so was the whole console to be fair, once the console's been hacked your able to add and edit code to the game disk and run it, as of yet the xboxone is chip/hack free so i would really hope that right now
the games are unhackable, thats not saying once the xboxone gets chipped/hacked things wont be different but right now im thinking the games and console are hack free

even though i dont know how long the console will stay chip and hack free as im sure everyone is awre that we now know how to turn our xbone's into 'Dev Kits' and the hacker group 'H4LT' leaked the 'Xbox One's SDK' and all its accompanying documentation,
so its not going to be long before the xboxone has been ripped apart with homebrew app's and hacks,

Although Microsoft are trying to get Xbox players and PC players to play against each other, its only happened a few times in the past, and each time it was a horrible mess. Pc players complaining that the game was artificially miss aiming for them, Xbox
games complaining that PC gamers were over powered etc etc

At the end of the day its up to the publisher if they allow cross platform multiplayer servers, and I just don't think many publishers will do it, its just too much hard work to try and make it fair.

There have been hackers on every platform, always have been and always will.

It's up to the game developers/publishers to protect their games with anti-cheat protection. If you play any games using VAC you'll see that it can be prevented (or at least severely punished when caught). Until developers are more concerned about our gaming
experience than money the BF/CoD trend will continue.

 

Randver: yes i know what your saying but iv never seen anyone using Trigger Bots,Aim Bots,ESP,WallHacks or any other hacks on battlefield4 on xbone so far, i had it on my pc and it was unplayable the beta for 'BF Hardline' that is not even out yet is already
hacked for pc, they hacked the beta...lol

hardline's not hacked on xboxone but if im playing with pc players then they will be using hacks,

 

It's unlikely you will be playing against PC players on 3rd party titles. Cross play is mostly looking at being MS only titles using Azure Servers. If there are hackers they will likely get account bans like currently happens on live now.

 

Hacked , do you mean modded ?.

I remember glitches like people under the floor or inside rocks .

Glitches like running at 30 mph stabbing people with a care package grenade in their hands .

Gliches like floating in the air .

Those were down to the game developer , you didn't need hacks or mods.

Modded rapid fire pads .

Modded consoles with people lvl 10 presteige after playing for 1 hr .

Zillions of those consoles and tags got banned , I wouldn't worry about it .

 

Played the beta for Hardline on PC, 5 invisible guys running around, got killed multiple times buy a floating rifle lol

As far as PvP goes i doubt you'll be playing versus PC players anytime soon, a mouse is waaaaay more accurate than a controller, we'd all get spanked

 

Worst case scenario , I say to the wife " I want my ps4 back , you can have the Xbox1".

@HaloJolly haha, you've clearly never tried to play a competitive PC game with a controller, letting the two platforms play against each other would be a massacre... And lets just say my moneys not on the Xbox guys

 

Seriously Scott, you know that is a long perpetuated argument from ignorance. You or anyone can test that assertion right now by simply playing any Online Game from PC while using a Controller. It comes down to the Player, the
Game and the Connection to other Players/ Server, not the Method of Input.

 

I don't know why you come across so many cheaters on the PC. I have yet to come across a cheater on any Battlefield game, but at least once a game I see someone type "hax" into the in-game chat bar, of course most of these people
probably have no evidence and are just full of rage.

About the controller vs mouse, the mouse is more accurate, so the user with the mouse has an advantage over the user with the controller.. but at the end of the day it depends how good the players are. There are times when I have
done OK using a controller on a PvP PC game, but if I try and use a controller against a decent team I will most likely struggle.

 

@LostKauz With modern gaming mice having ridiculous levels of sensitivity/accuracy, then couple that with custom key mapping etc, you'll find the input method can be a HUGE advantage. That's in shooters at least, never really had any PC multiplayer experience
in other genres.

I just find it highly unlikely that the Xbox One, a system with a set input method, would ever be pitted against PCs with an unthinkable amount of peripherals at there disposal. How good the players are is irrelevant, that just wouldn't be fair.

 

Let's face it.

You use a mouse to turn a FPS into a point and click adventure.

The biggest gripe PC gamers have about consoles isn't graphics.

It's that the console doesn't allow them to bind every action to a hot-key and they're actually forced to play the game.
