Hacking of XBOX and XBOX 1

This is the 3rd time in 2 years someone has hacked my children's XBOX and ran up charges on my card even after following all the security requirements. Microsoft and Xbox wont allow setup without having payment info yet can not protect their customers? This
is unacceptable and I am done with anything having to do with Microsoft and XBOX. I am looking for anyone else that has had these problems so a large law suite can be filed.

Hey theres a guy on Xbox one name [Removed] and he keeps hacking money on Xbox and his level on gta5

[Mod Removed] keeps hacking GTA 5 on Xbox 1 and is giving himself money and rp and is using aim hacks and is being mean

Were you ever in contact with xbox support after the hacking? If not you should call them right away 1-800-4MY-XBOX in North America.

 

So did your child give out any information because that can happen too.

 

File a large law suit? LOL like that can really happen. You did agree to the ToC of Xbox when you made the account of your children right? Well you'll need to re-read it if I where you so you'll learn if its possible to sue MS.

 

Hey Soulxxtrap I'm sorry to hear about this. I'd recommend contacting support here Contact Us | Xbox Support and explain what has happened. You'll get much better results.

 

Your xbox can't be "hacked".

The chances of your account being "hacked" are slim at best if you have set up the security proofs correctly,the chances of it happening 3 times in 2 years are even slimmer.

The majority of times when someone says they have been hacked they have given out their log in or security info.

In the 14 years I've been on xbox live my account has never been compromised.

As mentioned,contact support & you need to ask them to open a unauthorised access case but I would also advise asking your children to see if they have given out any info.
