Hacking my xbox one as well as my account

If your account has been hacked, then it's always user error. A Microsoft account is very safe and secure.

Not sure what you mean. It's not too hard to sign in on my account, but when someone changes contact info and Microsoft can't give me the ISP of the hacker, I don't know how it's a user error. I did not know that Microsoft let's users make changes to programming
and apps on their software. I guess I need to buy the PS4 version of the game ... I just sign in on my PS4 and no problems there. As far as it being safe and secure, perhaps Microsoft could explain all of the false charges they have charged to my 86 year old
mother's bank account. That's on another account and Xbox one. They charge her every month and then the bank refunds the money. No one from Microsoft can even figure out that they have access to the hacker's account because they buy games every month totaling
about $200.

So please don't tell me it's secure or safe. It is not secure or safe and she has bank statements to prove Microsoft is charging her for games she would never play, use, or buy.

Yes, I agree, it is a glitch in the programing ... Microsoft needs to address this.

I would like to add that as far as I know the console or Xbox Live itself has not been hacked, but there are games that have for example modded/infected lobbies, these are run on game specific services and can have affect on the game profiles etc.

Keep in mind that these lobbies exist on any console or PC.
