Unfortunately "hacking" the person back won't resolve anything. My best guess is when you joined the party with the hacker, he pulled your IP and your friends from the party and has taken a guessing game and Unfortunately yours was the one that got picked.
The best thing to do is to turn of your internet and wait about 5 mins. They can't physically take any information, the "hacker" is simply holding your internet offline. The internet company will try to fix it but the best thing is to turn it off, that way
there is no source. You can also reset your IP by calling your intenret provider or simply doing it online at the internet providers website.

Thanks for the fast reply, i was never saying i want to hack them, however thanks for the idea to call my isp and get them to change my ip.

the thing i just dont understand is how he can just grt my ip from being in the xbox as k was only in a party with him for <5 seconds and i coukd never hear him/her.

i just wonder if xbox can ban them for it, because i have proof with messages, i reported them on xbox so i guess it is the best thing i can do.

If you believe that your Xbox 360 console or computer has experienced a DoS or DDoS attack, you should do the following:

• Reset your Internet router (see "Solution 2: Restart your network equipment")

• If you are certain of the identity of the DoS or DDoS attacker:
