    Hello,

    My gamertag is and i wanted to report that me and my friend got booted off our internet by some hackers.

    (mod removed - naming and shaming)

    Please look into this, they managed to kick us off twice.

    It's also a good idea to block them after you report them.

    To report that issue you have to report the person with the tools in your console. That way the Enforcement Team could check the case. Also i would recommend to go to the local police with this case.

    You would need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. They do not use the forums and calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums. However, since DDoS attacks are done through your internet
    and not Live, you would also want to report it to your ISP. The enforcement team can't do anything about things that are done outside of Live.
