The best you can do is to report the player as well as block them. The Xbox enforcement team will investigate as soon as they can and handle it as they see necessary.

Unfortunately, people will always try to cheat, that is just how some are.

It's ultimately up to the developers to patch their games to keep things like that from happening in the first place, but as long as you're reporting those people, the enforcement team will investigate them and take the appropriate action.

As others stated it mostly up to the developers due to the game is run on their servers. It is very unfortunate there are people out there that do this. Its recommended to just report and block them. Usually the games being mod/hacked etc. are the older
ones that developers don't monitor much any longer. You can view the
enforcement website as to your options what to do. Will lock this thread as its been answered and there not much we can do here except provide information.

That's a pretty serious accusation you should probably not toss around without actual evidence.

Patches would do nothing anyway. It has to be someone who works there to give access to the server to delete accounts and progress. It’s an internal issue.
