    Why is it that Microsoft or are isp don't do nothing to protect us from this on xbox one I'm speaking from person experience and is still going on iv had death threats from the contact useing a voice changer and I'm scared for my family now tell me this
    why can't u just trace the person that is ddos and hacking your service and praying on people like me for no reason outher then them being sick disillusioned and twisted please someone from xbox explained this also some how blocking dosent work one more thing
    dose anyone no how some one could of changed my gamer pic with out being in my account as apparently its impossible according to ms but thay did please help

    Always always always report anything offensive or threatening. Block them and move on.

    Most of the community are friendly and helpful but as with anything there are always a few that spoil things.

    in regards to changing your gamer picture, i would change your password and any other security details that you have on your profile

    Having the gamerpic changed can be one of two reasons.

    1. Your account has been compromised.

    2. Your gamerpic was changed by the enforcement team as it was in violation of the Code of Conduct of Xbox Live.

    If you expect your account has been compromised i would suggest you change your password immediatly and set up a 2 step verification setup.
