    Whoever reads this and has a Xbox I could use your help. Not just for me but for every player out there.
    [Mod Removed] is a profile on Xbox who is hacking others consoles so they cannot access the internet. This is what this nerd spends his time doing. If anyone could report once again
    [Mod Removed] that would be fantastic. We need to get these type of people off Xbox.

    If you haven't already, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums. It also sounds like what he is doing i a denial of service attack,
    not hacking, which is done through your internet, not Live.

    You are not allowed to call out other users on the forums. Use the dashboard reporting tools to report them (go to their Bio and select File Complaint then follow the instructions).
