Hackers / modders out of controll

I have called MS and told them of this. I have even sent the team that looks into the reports a message about this. Im tired of MS half rear customer support since they dont care about cheaters. Another cheater on world of tanks busted. You cannot shoot
someone when your turrent is in the air and I shoot the belly of the tank 1 sec later im dead by that person. Another canada cheater because they suck at the game. I go to submit player report and both prefer and avoid are grey out and it tells me that I have
to play with that person to submit a report. I just played with them. Also go to recent players and they dont show up. How is MS letting their company not do anything about this. I would be highly PO to the point I would find a better team to ban people. the
people that I find cheating is always xxnamexx or xnxaxmxe just like the person I just played with. I would take 1/2 the money the team gets and would enjoy banning cheaters. As we all know ms is hurting on money because they made xbone so they wont ban people
like they suppose to.

^^OMA DC tubes couldnt kill Godmode hackers and modders. The exploits were one thing I could adapt to (Commando MLC knifing and OMA DC tubes) but hackers and modders sucked the life out of gaming, especially when there was ZERO reprecussions for them.

There are multiple Hackers/Modders on Mw3 now because they don't monitor the servers for boosters/hackers as much anymore because Call Of Duty Ghosts recently came out.

The Xbox Live Enforcement Team which is in charge of Enforcing the rules and banning/suspending modders/cheaters is on the move. They have been for quiet some time. The Xbox Live Enforcement Team has it's own "Undercover Enforcers" making sure that the Xbox
Live Customers are following the Terms Of Use and Code Of Conduct. I am sorry for you running into Modders/Cheaters but it will take some time to get rid of them.

 

Just to add,customer support are nothing at all to do with xbox live enforcement so there is nothing they can do.

 

Just report them and block them and the enforcement team will see it and investigate. It's really all you can do. Customer support do not deal with this sort of thing though.

 

I can understand your viewpoint, but you must also take into account the amount of players on xbox live. With such a large player base, It is probably extremely hard to crack down on every single cheater/rule breaker, but it is still happening! You may not
see it, but the enforcement team is doing a great job dealing with these types of people.
