HACKERS - GOING AROUND FRYING ACCOUNTS AND ROUTERS [mod removed]

Hi xbox community! I've run into an issue recently with a hacker. I was playing apex legends and was messaged by a guy by the gamertag [mod removed] who had insulted me and was frustrated I hadn't revived when I wasn't able to. [mod removed] then proceeded
to invite me to a party, I was curious to what he had to say. Once I had join the party, [mod removed] and a guy named [mod removed] immediately both told they were going to fry my router. [mod removed] directly messaged me afterwords stating "250k packets
to ur router enjoy the fried router" Moments later, what he had stated was true. I began to lag heavily with my online games and it's unbearable to play as of right now. Please xbox community, I need your help in order to stop these hackers from harassing
more players. This can't be tolerated in the community. [mod removed] need to be reported in order for them to face their consequences..

How do people usually resolve these issues? Does anybody have any suggestions for this on what I should do to resolve this? I have already reported both gamertags, but need further assistance from the community to ensure these guys don't do this anymore.

Hello Lucas,

When I read this I shocked out about these types of hackers. To resolve this problem follow these steps:

1. Try do an power cycle on your router. To do that follow my steps:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Power off your router and after 60 seconds unplug the router.

2. Wait 10 minutes and plug the router back.

3. When you plugged your router back, wait 10 seconds and power it again.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2. Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider).

And remember, proceed with extremely caution.

I can't do anything on my Xbox either its banned or some hackers are doing stuff to me for no reason and if I'm banned I don't no why.
