Hackers, Glitchers, Spammers etc.

Is there a way (and I am not asking for a reward) to send "Captured-Edited-Video Evidence" of hackers during multiplayer game play (Blackops 3) to engineers or mods of the xbox one system? As a loyal customer to microst and especially as a consumer of the
xbox gaming systems (have purchased all three systems), it is becoming more than a nuisance to the point where (and I do not stand alone on this issue) we are having doubts that your team of engineers and employees no longer care or have the ability to take
the appropiate actions. As a loyal customer and consumer I fear that there is little you can do to satisfy the customers. I run accross hackers everyday that I am on. Here me out; "Im not seeking to collect a bounty from microsoft." All I want is the information
to where or who I can send the clips to and for someone to look at them. I dont think I am asking for much.

It is impossible to play CoD from MW2 down because of the hackers and glitchers.
