Discus and support Hackers booted me offline in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I was playing Black ops today with my clan and we got messages saying that these guys wanted our clans name and were going to keep booting us offline...     Hackers booted me offline


    I was playing Black ops today with my clan and we got messages saying that these guys wanted our clans name and were going to keep booting us offline until we gave it to the so they have disabled my internet already once today which is only fixable by having
    you IP Address changed.

    If you believe a user is abusing Xbox LIVE you should report them as soon as possible

    If you are having difficulties with your internet connection, you should contact your ISP.

    hi my gamertag is tour drifty and i was in a pub match when a guy wanted to verse me in a private match when he won i muted him because he bragged and boasted when his friend told me to un mute him he said he was gonna boot me offline and did for 1 day my
    internet has been down since now because of him and my mom wants to know he gets the proper punishment he and his friends gamertags are tanqtv and im leedle

    Hi I was just playing Minecraft with my friend. And my his friends joined the party giving me abuse and they booted me and my Internet router offline. Please help me? They have more than 1 account each and there's 2 of them. Thanks.

    Hi there, sounds like a denial of service attack you can go here to read up on it

    support.xbox.com/.../dos-attacks-faq

    What you should do is:

    1. Disconnect your router for 5-10 minutes to reset it and get a new ip address.

    2. File a complaint against the player and select tampering as your reason

    3. Avoid the individual

    4. If you continue to experience this contact your ISP.

    Also for the future it is against the rules to post gamertags in the forums.
