    If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    Usually if they could do any of that, they would have already done it. So they're mostly saying it just to scare you. If they do shut down your internet, you'll want to contact your ISP.

    Whenever you get any kind of unfriendly messages on Xbox Live, you should always do these following things:

    • Do NOT reply to the message.
    • Mute.
    • Block.
    • Report the message for harassment/threats.

    If you believe that someone may have unauthorized access to your Microsoft/Xbox account, you should

    change your password     immediately.

    We are not employees of Microsoft. The enforcement team does investigate every complaint they receive.

    Whenever you get any kind of unfriendly messages on Xbox Live, you should always do these following things:

    • Do NOT reply to the message.
    • Mute.
    • Block.
    • Report the message for harassment/threats.
