Hacker's and booters

So I was playing dark souls yesterday and I was doing some invasions and I joined this dudes world didn't do anything just sat down waiting for my turn to fight someone and then out of nowhere I get disconnected now my wifi is perfect nothing was wrong with
it so I shouldn't be getting disconnected out of nowhere so I just went on didn't really care until this guy texted me booter:"you gat disconnected Haha "

Me:"ok I dont care"

And then this guy out of nowhere says

Booter [mod removed] he typed it in that way so I cant report him for it

Booter:" I disconnected you on purpose"

Me:[mod removed] you dude dont do that this isn't fortnite"

Booter:Salty

After this the vary next day today I gat an email that told me I gat suspensionsnded I was confused and when i want to the reason why it said someone reported me for texting him on xbox to have [mod removed] with him so when I went to see who who reported
me cause I knew I didn't say that to anyone I realized it's the booter and when I went to see my chats with him the last text was deleted by xbox my real question is how did he get in my account and made it say that stuff without me knowing now I am scared
but good thing I grabbed pictures before everything pleas someone help I am just a 13 year old that want to play xbox without [mod removed] hackers

Usually happens when you play older games. The age requirement for joining Ambassador and Enforcement team aren't very high from what I remember , isnt it like , 16 or 14? Or has it been upped? Well , anyway , the more you report them to your isp (per times
you are booted) , the more likely they are to track them down , good luck dude , sorry for your issues with the hackers.
