    Ok so ill begin at the begin. The other day me and my gf were playing fn and made an lfg we invite this guy and two matches in he realizes we're dating and gets butthurt and proceeds to tell us where we're from (despite it not being displayed in our profile)
    then ip floods my gfs router so shes booted offline for 45 minutes. He admitted to it in our messages. I reported him several times. And yet hes still playing fortnite lol. Wtf r u doing microsoft? I get banned for swearing but this dude gets off scot free
    after committing a felony? Lol i am so triggered honestly. R u guys retarded? Or u just dont give a **** about the community?

    Tl;dr hacker gets butthurt over me and my girl dating and ip floods her for 45 minutes so she cant get online. Admits to it in my messages. I report him. He is still not banned. Does micro $oft really care about us?

    As long as you reported him, the enforcement team will investigate and take the appropriate action, but since ddos attacks are done through your internet and not the Live service, Microsoft can't actually tell if they've done that or not. You would need
    to report it through your ISP.

    Like i said he admitted to it in my messages. And she called her isp but she clearly talked to someone who did not know what they were talking about. And its been three days.

    Some enforcement matters are more complicated than others and they take longer to sort out. In a case like this, the enforcement team may not be able to gather supporting information.

    You could confess for a crime way worse than that over messages and still the enforcement team won't be able to do anything from ban the guy, a ddos attack is a concern that you can report to your local police department if they happen to have a informatic
    crime division or whatever is called

    I want this problem to be fixed! If this problem is allowed to go on the console gamer will not.

    First we had video games then came the game hacker. Now it is at the beginning of "hacker wars" with the "hacker nuke" the stopping of other hackers or players any way they can. This evaluation will continue to evolve with no gamer in sight!
