Hacker - Xbox Live account permanently suspended

My Xbox Live account has been permanently suspended when I haven't done anything wrong. When I look up the reason it states a time when my xbox was not even on and we were not at home. Shortly after the supposed misuse my account was permanently suspended...I
can only think my account has been hacked. I went in to follow the online review suspension and it is now saying that I have had 2 attempts at the questions when I have only just logged in and am trying them for the first time. It says i have to wait 24hrs
to try again. I have no idea how or who has attempted these questions previously today in my account. All I want is to contact someone to rectify my suspension which is through no fault of my own but there is no phone number and the online services are all
automated responses that don't really answer or fix my issue. This is very disappointing and I don't know where else to turn. Does anyone know how I contact someone?

https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us and click the Contact Us button
select Family and Online Safety as the category
select I Want to Protect My Account as the topic
scroll to the bottom of the options and select Chat Online or Request a Call

you will need to sign in for this so create a new outlook or live email account for contacting Support then explain the situation and give details for the hacked account when you get through

also go to https://account.microsoft.com/security?refd=account.microsoft.com and check the sign in activity.

once you have evidence that someone else accessed your account without your knowledge you can submit this as evidence for a case review at enforcement.xbox.com

I’d recommend to contact Xbox Support in this situation as they are trained and know how to resolve it. In the off chance that someone has hacked into your account, changing passwords
and enabling Authentication to your Microsoft account can help. You should be able to speak with a live agent. Here’s how to enable Authentication on your account: 2FA
Setup Guide. Hope this helps a bit.

Apologies for the late response, i never got a notification that there was a reply. When i try to access my account It just says " This account is permanently suspended from xbox live due to misconduct. " which it was not permanently suspended it was suspended for 14 days and i have the screenshots of the xbox enforcement page as proof of the 14 day suspension.

If your account is temporarily suspended, you will be able to change its Live ID after the suspension ends.

If your account is banned (suspended permanently), you will not be able to change its Live ID.
